Geordie Bakers are of one of North East England's few truly artisan bakers. Established in 1956 our bakery uses traditional processes and techniques that have been handed down from father to son over three generations, allowing us to produce the highest standards of breads and confectionery.
At Geordie Bakers we are the sole producers of the now world famous Broon Ale bread as well as many more individual speciality breads, traditional breads and morning goods. We bake fresh daily our own range of savoury products and cakes all of which are on sale in our retail shop, which fronts our bakery. We are also a CIEH Registered Training Centre, delivering Level 2 Food Safety qualifications.
Thomson's Cakery can also offer the customer their own bespoke celebration and wedding cakes.
