Wholesale services

We always welcome wholesale enquiries from in and around the Newcastle area.

We currently supply hotels, sandwich shops, farm shops, tea rooms, Gosforth Park racecourse and other sporting venues, bistros, the National Trust, care homes, Seven Stories and Durham Cathedral with a variety of bread and cake products.

We will deliver as long as the average daily minimum order is over £30.00, and can take orders for next day delivery up to 3 p.m. the day before.

Catering services

We are happy to supply buffets for up to 100 people for birthdays, funerals lunches etc.

They can be prepared pre-plated ready to serve, or on a cardboard non-returnable tray for the client to set out themselves.

The cost per person depends on customer requirements.

Products for buffets include:

(v) designates vegetarian option

Small sausage rolls
Pizza fingers (v)
Quiche fingers (v)
Portions of mince pie
Open sandwiches made on either brown or white buns with a choice of egg mayonnaise, cheese savoury (v), tuna or crab toppings, finished with tomato or cucumber.

Small cheese or fruit scones halved and buttered (v).

Individual cake squares (variety depending on availability but at least 4 choices available at any one time).

Extra large fresh cream plain or chocolate sponges cut into 16 portions.

Fresh cream gateaux in either plain or chocolate sponge filled with your choice of mandarin oranges, peach, pear or pineapple.

Bespoke services

Over several years, and working with chefs, banqueting managers and other food producing individual businesses, we have found that our strengths are in being able to customise  products to the customer's particular requirements. There can often be a lot of development work involved in this process, but that is what we are good at.
